Registration

New members of staff must be reported to the compensation office within a month. The easiest way to do it is online via PartnerWeb.

If a new OASI certificate is required due to a name change, it is also possible to order it online via the PartnerWeb.

deregistration (departure) of employees

Any employees who leave the company must be reported within 10 working days, insofar as they receive family allowances (Art. 18d para. 2 of the Familienzulagenverordnung FamZV (Family Allowance Ordinance - in German).

The notification of departure may also be provided online via the PartnerWeb.
